On the hardware side, we provide labour support and perform activities such as rack and stack, fan and PSU replacement, and module addition. We also offer Cisco break/fix services. We configure new and existing devices, as well as install new ones, on the software side.
We also give the essential tool kits for the job to on-site engineers. All tasks are completed with the assistance of and real-time communication with our back end support team.
